Common Pests We Control in Markham

These are the pests we handle most often in Markham homes, condos and commercial kitchens.

Pest Control in Markham

Markham blends heritage neighbourhoods in Unionville and Markham Village, new townhome communities in Cornell, Berczy and Wismer, and fast-growing condo towers around Downtown Markham. It also borders Rouge National Urban Park and still has farmland to the north and east. Each setting brings its own pests: mice and wildlife at the edges, cockroaches and bed bugs in multi-unit buildings and restaurants, and ants and wasps in mature gardens.

We tailor every treatment to the property type, with free inspections, fixed quotes and same-day service across Markham. Pest Control Pro serves Markham from our base in York, Toronto.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an amazing experience with Pest Control Pro when I needed help with a bed bug problem in my home in Toronto. Their team was incredibly responsive—they provided a free inspection the next day and clearly explained the treatment options. I ended up getting the Aprehend treatment, and within two weeks, there were no more signs of bed bugs!

A few months later, I noticed a cockroach issue starting in the kitchen, and again, Pest Control Pro came through with a quick and effective cockroach treatment. Their professional pest control service is honestly one of the best I’ve used: fast, thorough, respectful of my space, and very affordable compared to other companies.

Highly recommend Pest Control Pro if you’re looking for efficient pest control done right. Definitely my go-to for any pest issues from now on!
